Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As the face of our company, you will create meaningful connections and enable a climate where everyone feels appreciated, valued, and respected. You will engage with our global customers, assist them with tagging, luggage, and travel issues, and do it all with a smile. Key Responsibilities

Receive and coordinate incoming calls, welcome and advise customers, tag and handle luggage, and prepare tickets
Collaborate with customers in a kind and helpful manner to create significant experiences and build customer loyalty and commitment
Anticipate and exceed customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when we have disappointed a customer
Work every day with a safety mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards
Be open to working with computers, smartphones, and new technologies

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Amazing interpersonal skills with proficiency in English and Portuguese
Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift, as well as lift and handle luggage
Ability to travel to different countries for the purpose of training
Ability to work ANY shift that is assigned to you within a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation, which can include late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Ability to meet the Company participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
Hold a valid passport and U.S. visa
