About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely from the comfort of their own home in Texas. Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), with the ability to demonstrate these skills in a written assessment
- Ability to multi-task, navigate computer systems, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computers, including data entry, rapid navigation through systems, and internet research
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on adaptability, flexibility, and confidentiality
- Ability to pass a background check and meet technical requirements for remote work
Preferred Qualifications
