Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail/food service industry; high-level food service/retail background required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and software
- High-speed reliable Internet connection (35mbps download speed or better) and a working computer/laptop with camera for the first 3 weeks of training
- Able to score at least 70 on Internet Basics Assessment and complete Internet Familiarization Assessment
