Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum Internet Speed of 35 mb/s, with a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
- Personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period, with cable/fiber broadband internet and a hard-wired ethernet connection
- Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Complete a background check and health screening as required, ensuring that you meet the necessary standards for this role
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with a high level of comfort learning new technology and systems
- High level of professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home, with a self-motivated and success-driven approach to your work
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Previous experience in a Call Center, with a understanding of call center operations and metrics
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Spanish Bilingual, with a ability to communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
