Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own schedule and enjoying a better work-life balance. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers, responding to their questions, and providing important information to help them navigate our programs. You will also make outbound calls to patients and caregivers, assist with enrollment and program applications, and utilize de-escalation techniques to support upset or frustrated callers.

Your Home Office Environment

To be a successful Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will need a dedicated home office space that meets our technical requirements. This includes:

Flexible Hours of Operation

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose your own hours within our client's hours of operation. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Please note that our client requires contractors to work a minimum of 30-35 hours per week, with some hours on Mondays and Fridays preferred.

Pay and Perks
