Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for adjusters, attorneys, record retrieval companies, and patients via phone and email, providing friendly and efficient service.

- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing personal injury records and billing requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Ensure all patient information is kept confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Meet productivity standards, including working a minimum of 55 accounts per day.

Essential Qualifications
