Key Responsibilities

- Resolve client complaints and issues by collaborating with different departments, such as operations or product teams, to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions
- Help clients with order processing, cancellations, returns, fulfillment cycles, and trades

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
