As a key member of our remote customer service team, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, inputting data, and delivering a high level of customer service that exceeds our clients' expectations. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy
* Input data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of productivity and quality
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service

**Requirements**
* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare customer service (equivalent experience may be considered)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of productivity and quality
* Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
* Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote customer service environment
* Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (e.g. English/Spanish)
