Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Operate hardware, such as sales registers, smart gadgets, advanced applications, and related apparatuses, to deal with Client buys involving suitable methods for various installment types and things sold
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Ability to work from home, with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
