Key Responsibilities: Overseeing Scheduling Operations and Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating service appointments.
- Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch to job sites.
- Monitor technician schedules and adjust as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client records, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

- Experience in dispatching or a related field, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members in a clear and professional manner.
- Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials, which can be beneficial for understanding our business and communicating effectively with technicians and customers.
