As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring accurate documentation and inputting of customer information into our client system
* Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers

**Ideal Candidate Qualifications**

* Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism

* One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft applications and ability to learn software applications
* High School graduate or equivalent required
**Remote Work Requirements**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need to meet the following minimum internet speed requirements:
* Broadband internet connection (no DSL or dial-up)
* Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
* Speed test results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
