Job Overview We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as remote customer service specialists for a seasonal project that will last 90+ days. As a customer service specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to clients' customers from the comfort of your own secure home office. Key Responsibilities - Field inbound telephone calls, internet chat requests, and inbound email requests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Provide customer support using phone, internet, and computer skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences - Utilize your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work effectively in a remote environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: - Fluent English language skills: You must be able to speak English fluently, with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Typing skills: You must be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute or greater, with high accuracy and attention to detail - Technical requirements: You will need a high-speed DSL or cable connection, rated 5 MB down, 384k up (minimum), 10+ MB down and 512k up (preferred), as well as a personal computer running Windows 10 with 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (minimum), 4GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor (recommended) - Dedicated home office space: You must have a dedicated home office space that is free from distraction, with a door that can be closed and locked.
