As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and online platforms. This is a fully remote position, offering a flexible schedule that may include hours outside of typical business times. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, proactively identifying solutions to anticipated customer questions, and taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years or older) and have a minimum of 6+ years of professional experience with computer and online tools. You should also have proven multitasking skills with phone and computer abilities and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
