Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to customers, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our brand.
- Document customer interactions, update records, and maintain accurate information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed support and suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in remote or local customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A passion for helping others and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
Technical Requirements:
- Windows PC or Laptop with Operating System 10 or 11.
- USB Port and Headset.
- Hard-Wired Internet Connection (No Wifi or VPN) with a minimum of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload.
- 12GB of RAM.
- Dual Monitors and webcam (Required).
- Intermediate computer proficiency, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
