- Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients, meeting deadlines and quality standards
- Sort, image, document, file, and archive documents by form type, maintaining organized and up-to-date records
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information and ensuring data integrity
- Classify documents based on contract requirements, verifying data from automated data extraction tools and ensuring accuracy
- Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency, with a strong foundation in computer skills and data entry
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- A secure workspace with high-speed internet, allowing for efficient and secure data processing
- Ability to pass a typing test, demonstrating high accuracy and efficiency in data entry
