About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Croatia. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer technique, which includes the layout and programming of customer experience surveys, translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. Your primary focus will be on supporting the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists, and the agile crew in technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to define and transform data within our Cornerstone Big Data platform.
- Design and build a robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions, utilizing transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Deliver innovative solutions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels, and provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems.
- Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and builds automation tools, and proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency.
- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience with big data ecosystems and transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture, with the ability to design and build robust data models.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles, including testing and deployment.
