About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data entry and live chat specialist to join our team in Djibouti. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the development and maintenance of our voice of the customer technique. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the application teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in data entry and customer service to drive innovation and excellence.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of voice of the customer methods, utilizing this knowledge to define and transform data within the Cornerstone big data platform.
- Design and build robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions, ensuring data quality and accuracy through extensive testing.
- Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystem, proactively identifying and automating manual tasks to improve best practices and efficiency.
- Collaborate with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
Essential Qualifications
- Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, with experience working in an environment where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
- Experience with data entry and live chat software, with a strong focus on customer service and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with big data platforms and tools, such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing, with experience designing and implementing data models and data warehouses.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, with experience deploying and managing applications in the cloud.
- Experience with automation tools, such as Ansible or Jenkins, with a strong focus on automation and efficiency.
