As a Remote Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms sent by our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to digitalize these claims in a form provided by our company, ensuring high accuracy and meeting the expected keystrokes per hour or words per minute established by our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Capture and validate complex data with high accuracy
• Perform image classification and indexing tasks
• Pre-adjudicate documents and correct data as required
• Verify data from automated data extraction tools
• Utilize various systems to work on assigned tasks
• Complete assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to complete tasks
• Work within established procedures and practices
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to type at least 45+ words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while performing functions with high accuracy
• Maintain or exceed 4,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) for numeric and 2,500 KSPH for alpha/numeric with less than 1% error rate
• Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing (preferred)
• Experience working through VPN connection
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings
