Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Remote Data Entry Processor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with high accuracy, classifying documents, and working on various projects based on established procedures and guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Performs data entry with high accuracy, per client's requirements
• Performs manual identification and sorting of different types of forms
• Classifies documents based on client's requirements
• Works on different tasks (Data Entry, Verify, MEDI & other DE tasks) based on established procedures and guidelines
• Works under close supervision and is able to problem-solve and work independently
• Complies with company policies and standards
• Available to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work weekends as per business needs

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, preferably in an office setting
• Ability to pass a typing test with 40 wpm+
• Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Basic PC/Internet skills and ability to sit or stand for long periods
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and remain self-motivated, with the ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data entry or a related field
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
