Key Responsibilities

• Enters, updates, and verifies patient referral data into various systems for use by all personnel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Reviews and verifies data entered into the database to ensure accuracy, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
• Processes all faxes in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed.
• Effectively communicates with center employees if additional information is needed to process requests, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Performs other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced team environment.

Essential Qualifications and Experience
