Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced remote data entry specialist to work from the comfort of their own home. As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum of 6000 keystrokes per hour (KPH)
• Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents
• Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams
• Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
• Carry out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management
• Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures
• Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS
• Use the system to verify customer records
• Set up DCS screens
• Transmit data to customers
• Research and resolve system data issues

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Good customer service behaviors and effective communication skills
• Ability to work and communicate confidently within a multicultural environment and with all levels of the organization
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• IT literate with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
