Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with engineering, design, product, and QA teams to deliver the best digital products for our clients
- End-to-end management of client engagements, including detailed project plans, scope and budget definition, resource allocation, product delivery, and maintenance
- Organize and facilitate project timelines with clients and teams, including generating estimates for project complexity and duration
- Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, serving as the point person in client communications and managing developer/client interactions
- Provide leadership and mentoring to team members on project development and client management skills
- Manage client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle, communicating project status to all stakeholders and proactively identifying project risks
- Act as Scrum Master, overseeing daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile processes
- Help develop and maintain core team processes, preparing roadmap reports for projects and contributing to the growth and improvement of our team
Essential Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience, building technology solutions in a variety of different styles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) through the software development lifecycle
- 1+ years of experience managing teams of 4-10 developers and designers
- Previous experience interfacing with clients in a consulting environment
- Well-versed in Agile process and experienced in forecasting and managing project budgets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to think outside the box and provide hands-on contributions

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote environment and managing remote teams
- Familiarity with content intelligence and content management systems

- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
- A strong understanding of client needs and issue discovery, with the ability to dynamically switch between issue discovery and proposition qualification
