Job Overview
This Remote Product Tester position offers an immediate start for the right candidate, with a guaranteed 15-25 hours per week and an hourly pay of between $25/hr and $45/hr, depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. As a Product Tester, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, testing products and providing feedback to help companies improve their offerings. Main Responsibilities
- Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more.
- Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly, following all instructions and guidelines provided.
- Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more.
- Participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested, providing honest and constructive feedback.
- Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, providing detailed and informative feedback to help companies improve their products.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines, with excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit.
- Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine, with the flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements.
