Our company culture is built on a foundation of innovation, teamwork, and customer obsession, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our values. **Key Responsibilities** As a Retail Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate I, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to answer customer questions about our products and services * Identifying and preventing potential losses through vigilant observation and reporting of suspicious activity to management * Collaborating with the Loss Prevention team to investigate and resolve incidents of theft and other losses * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation * Participating in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring that our stores are always visually appealing and engaging * Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs * Maintaining accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and loss prevention incidents * Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred * 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in loss prevention or a related field * Knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention principles * Certification in loss prevention or a related field (e.g. CPP, CLTP) * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish preferred) * Experience with visual merchandising and store displays **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs * Strong knowledge of retail operations and loss prevention principles * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
