As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and text. This is a seasonal position that will conclude on 1/15/2024, offering the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a lasting impact on our customers' lives. **Seasonal Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:** * Place orders over the phone, ensuring accurate and efficient processing * Acknowledge and resolve customer issues promptly, demonstrating empathy and professionalism * Answer product questions, return requests, and order status inquiries with confidence and accuracy * Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and text * Perform other customer service, operations, and administrative duties as needed * Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times **Requirements:** * Fast learner who can quickly capture and understand new concepts * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent phone skills and pleasant phone demeanor * Organized with attention to detail * Strong PC Skills * Able to work independently * Patience in handling a diverse array of customer needs and requests * Must be dedicated, responsible, positive-minded, trustworthy, and organized * Personal PC or MAC with high-speed internet * 2+ years of customer service experience **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience shopping online * Call center experience a plus **Available Schedules:** * Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 8 pm * Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm **Available Shifts and Compensation:** We have available shifts all days of the week.
