Our innovative software identifies overpaying property owners and uses automation to secure reductions on their tax bills. As a key member of our remote customer support team, you'll play a vital role in helping customers navigate our services, sign up for our solutions, and stay informed about their account status via phone and email support. This is a temporary, seasonal contract, ending in June, with a commitment of 20 hours per week for 90 days (as needed). **About arenaflex and Our Mission** arenaflex has been at the forefront of the Customer Experience Services industry since 2007. We support over 50 languages in more than 90 countries and pride ourselves on being a remote company that values flexibility and work-life balance. **Job Summary** As a Seasonal Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to customers inquiring about our property tax reduction services. You'll answer questions about our service, the sign-up process, and provide updates on current account status.
