Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge to provide expert guidance and support.
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolution.
