About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic senior AI engineer to join our team and collaborate with us to expand our current suite of traditional ML technologies and framework, as well as help us make a breakthrough in the generative AI space. Key Responsibilities
As a senior AI engineer at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Researching and experimenting with cutting-edge generative AI procedures and algorithms, and evaluating their performance on benchmark datasets and real-world scenarios
- Aiding in the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI infrastructure and algorithms to solve complex business problems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project objectives, and identify potential opportunities for applying AI procedures
- Conducting exploratory data analysis to gain insights into underlying patterns and relationships within the data, and identifying features for model training
- Creating and deploying AI models in production environments, and monitoring their performance to ensure reliability, scalability, and accuracy over time
- Optimizing and fine-tuning AI systems for performance, scalability, and efficiency, and implementing procedures for model interpretability and fairness
- Providing technical guidance and expertise, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and developments, and actively contributing to the development of best practices and standards within the organization
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, and communicating the impact of AI projects on business results

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in applying AI procedures to real-world problems, with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience
- A deep understanding of advanced AI algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, generative AI, and transfer learning
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python, Java, or C++, with expert-level knowledge of Python preferred
- Mastery of popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras, with the ability to design and implement complex models from scratch
- A proven track record of delivering successful AI projects from conception to deployment in a production environment
- Strong programming skills, including the ability to write clean, specific, and effective code, as well as knowledge of programming design patterns and best practices
- Experience with distributed computing systems for handling large-scale datasets and training models in parallel
- A deep understanding of data engineering concepts and experience in building scalable data pipelines for collecting, processing, and transforming data
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, preferably Google Cloud, with experience deploying and managing AI models in cloud environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and propose innovative solutions
