**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst Strategy - Customer Experience to lead and support strategic projects, develop customer experience strategies, and drive business growth. As a key member of our Strategy team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business problems, develop solutions, and implement strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Analyst Strategy - Customer Experience, you'll be responsible for:
* **50% Planning Process**: Support the strategic and operational planning cycle by building models, performing business analysis, and benchmarking studies. Collaborate with the business to communicate strategy and planning outcomes.
* **40% Strategic Projects**: Analyze business problems, structure issues, and perform analyses. Synthesize data to develop solutions, create documents communicating solutions using structured communications principles, and present solutions to teams and stakeholders. Work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
* **10% Competitive and Market Intelligence**: Perform research on key competitors and market trends. Own regular reporting on one or more data sources.
**Direct Manager/Direct Reports**
* Reports to a Manager, or Director of Business Ops & Strategy.
* This role has no direct reports.
**Travel Requirements**
* Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements**
* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
**Working Conditions**
* Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
