**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced contact center environment
* Making policy changes, answering billing questions, and providing recommendations to customers
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

**Qualifications & Skills:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 12+ months of contact center or customer-facing service experience
* Experience providing outstanding customer service, showcasing expertise, active listening, and fostering trust
* Ability to work and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
* Willingness to learn new skills and adjust to changes quickly
* Open to feedback to support your performance and development
* Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
* Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
* Active Personal Lines insurance license (preferred)
