Key Responsibilities
- Develop and author business reviews of the team roadmap, managing priorities against capacity to deliver results and driving the development of a data product portfolio that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Own and lead the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem, providing actionable analytics to support top-line sales and productivity improvements.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging two-way door initiatives that address customer needs and drive business outcomes.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to develop and execute launch and go-to-market plans for products within the product portfolio, identifying and resolving issues that may impede success.
- Engage with internal and external thought leaders to drive product leadership within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals and facilitating an understanding among the team of their role in achieving these goals.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and leading high-performing teams.
- 7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science, with expertise in marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics.
- Prior experience in building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions that solve business problems in a product model.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree), with a strong foundation in data analysis, product development, and team leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working with software development teams to launch online products, with a strong understanding of large-scale order management and inventory systems.
