Job Summary

As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights that inform key stakeholders and measure the effectiveness of our training programs. Key Responsibilities
- Apply expertise and customer needs analysis to create effective solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions
- Utilize advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, such as Alteryx, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics software to create insights that support data and visualization requests
- Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages and tools to create and maintain sophisticated solutions for reporting training data
- Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers, providing timely and effective resolutions
- Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings to stakeholders
- Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements that inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or processes, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Estimate the effort and cost of a solution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share knowledge of tools and techniques
- Perform other job duties as directed by leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with advanced education or certifications in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field preferred
- Advanced-level experience in acquiring data using various tools, including SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlik, Attunity, or similar software
- Visualization and presentation experience, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and Visual Basic
- Working experience in air operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
