Job Summary

The Senior Technology Analyst will combine technical skills using tools such as Scene, Alteryx, and Power BI with effective communication and strategic partnerships to enable effective "data storytelling" and provide insights to Innovation initiatives across various dimensions. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is eager to have an impact by delivering innovative solutions that help senior leaders make informed decisions about priorities and projects within the Technology division.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge and skills of analysis, business processes, tools, domains, project methodologies, requirements definitions, and testing to solve a range of problems
• Collaborate with other Technology colleagues to provide advice or solutions within their area of expertise
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems and seek out and capitalize on opportunities to achieve more or to improve
• Estimate effort and value for solutions
• Apply business solutions with broad-level knowledge of technology platforms/models
• Verify information and carefully review and validate the accuracy of own work using reliance identification processes in technology work
• Establish or follow prioritization processes to drive work, completing work with a sense of urgency
• Express ideas, business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of detail and abstraction on a regular and consistent basis
• Monitor program risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the proper level of priority, visibility, and escalation
• May perform other work duties as directed by Supervisor's Managers

Essential Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a strong background in business analysis, process modeling, and technical skills. They will be proficient in tools such as Scene, Alteryx, and Power BI and have excellent communication and partnership skills. The ability to analyze complex business or technical issues, articulate the problem or root cause, and translate the analysis into suitable solution proposals is essential.
