This is a remote position based in Colorado, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the state. As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance to our mobile application users. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem resolution, and incident management will be essential in ensuring the highest level of service quality. The selected candidate will undergo 3 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. After completing the training, the permanent schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
