Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and content creation, to conceptualize and launch new features and products
- Analyze and optimize application code for efficiency, reliability, and performance
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new application features
- Work with a team of engineers, designers, and content creators to brainstorm and develop top-notch Disney applications
- Manage multiple, concurrent needs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Embrace a highly collaborative team that values quality code and effective communication
- Act as a resource to other engineers, providing an open learning environment for cross-team collaboration
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional experience with iOS/tvOS development
- Experience working on a large client application that is currently available in the market
- Solid understanding of OO and Swift design patterns and concepts
- A sound understanding of HTTP and REST-style web services
- Demonstrated ability to design and build dynamic multi-threaded iOS/tvOS applications
- Strong understanding of iOS application development life cycle, including Apple App Store compliance policies and submission requirements
- Experience with Apple frameworks like UIKit, AVFoundation, Security, and StoreKit
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, functional development team as well as the larger engineering organization
- Persuaded self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; can clearly explain complex ideas and impact others through well-thought-out explanations
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with social media marketing and content creation
- Knowledge of Disney's brand and products
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
