As a Social Media Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. You will be speaking on behalf of one of our clients, a Business Coach, and will be responsible for managing their social media presence and driving sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, growing organic accounts, replying to active leads, and closing sales.
To be part of our team, you will need to have an Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English, a stable internet connection, a fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone, and full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends). You should be located in any country in Latin America or Brazil and have a proven experience of at least 4 months in sales or customer service roles. You should also be 100% confident in your English skills and have a high interest and commitment to learning, making money, working with trial and error, and being challenged daily.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and sales skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong ability to problem-solve and think creatively. You should also be highly motivated, results-driven, and have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally and financially.

Our average performance level is $600-$1,200 per month, with good performance levels ranging from $1,200-$2,000 per month and excellent performance levels ranging from $2,000-$3,000+ per month.
