Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
• Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
• Utilize analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills, ensuring that customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (communication level) - native or near-native proficiency required.

• Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a strong desire to help customers and resolve their issues.
• Patient, empathetic, and eager to help, with a strong ability to remain calm under pressure.
