blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director, Customer Growth Business Development to lead our new Business Development Center of Excellence (COE). As a strategic leader, you will play a crucial role in securing new business, driving new category growth, and managing our pipeline of renewals. You will serve as a bridge between blithequark and our potential/existing customers, representing their perspective and voice in how our brands and capabilities can best serve their needs.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. 10+ years in marketing, agency, or equivalent years of CPG experience, preferably with a background/experience working with Foodservice customers.

Competitive salary range: $175,000 - $201,000. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
