Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications, or the ability to obtain these certifications within the first 30 days of employment
- BBP Certification, or the ability to obtain this certification within the first 30 days of employment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse community
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Basic cleaning and maintenance skills, with the ability to perform tasks such as trash removal, equipment maintenance, and laundry duties
Preferred Qualifications
