- Partnering with other engineers to develop tools and processes that improve efficiency and quality, contributing to the ongoing evolution of our technology stack
- Guiding or leading cross-disciplinary dialogs to drive features from initial concept to completion, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills, including:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in software development and technical support
- Experience supporting a live service or tool environment, with a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Unity 3D game and tool development experience, with a strong understanding of the technical requirements and challenges associated with content creation
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other defect tracking software, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to manage and resolve issues
- iOS and Android mobile development experience, with a strong understanding of the technical requirements and challenges associated with mobile app development
- 5 years' experience in delivering production-level code in a professional environment, with a proven track record of writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code
