Job Summary
CALSTART is seeking an experienced Temporary Data Entry Specialist to join our EnergIIZE and CIC teams. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our incentive programs, developing a catalog of documents, and executing CRM data entry from Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing a catalog of all EnergIIZE SharePoint site library documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the Clean Fuels & Infrastructure team in enabling the broader SharePoint strategy, providing expert guidance and technical assistance.
- Assist in the creation and development of a new SharePoint website, leveraging your technical expertise to drive innovation and progress.
- Execute CRM data entry from Excel sheets into Salesforce, ensuring seamless data management and integration.
- Manage task assignments and individual workload for day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and review of SharePoint solutions, providing expert input and feedback.
- Support the Clean Fuels & Infrastructure team in enabling the broader SharePoint strategy, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned, including special projects and initiatives that align with our mission and goals.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Temporary Data Entry Specialist who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a strong emphasis on data management, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Online, including document management, collaboration, and workflow management.
- Proficiency with other Microsoft 365 Apps and Services, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data from multiple sources.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely in a team-driven environment, with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and adaptability.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
CALSTART values transparency and strives to provide as much information regarding compensation as possible. The complete salary range for this role is $25.00-$35.21 per hour. Pay for this role will typically be from $25.00-$27.40 per hour, based on several factors, including job-related skills, qualifications, experience, education, internal equity, and other factors relevant to the job.
