We're proud to be a part of a global community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Job Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Chat Professional, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer support through chat, email, and phone * Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner * Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process updates * Performing advanced data analysis to recognize patterns, risks, and opportunities * Identifying and mitigating potential process breakdowns and control gaps * Developing and maintaining reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations * Proactively analyzing data to answer key requests from stakeholders * Contributing to the development of a control environment that fosters risk management and compliance **Key Accountabilities and Areas of Focus** * Associate closely with the GMNS business and partners to execute updated and automated MIS reporting plan and assessment * Recognize process updates and complete aversion methodology to direct functional bet in close association with the greater Practical Significance group and GMNS gatherings * Perform advanced data analysis to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities in functional bet * Impact unstructured data sources to recognize potential process breakdowns and control gaps * Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations * Proactively analyze data to answer key requests from stakeholders * Contribute to the development of a control environment that fosters risk management and compliance **Requirements** * 3-4+ years of experience in data-driven analysis * Preferred understanding in financial organizations, risk management, and internal control * Preferred postgraduate degree in Statistics/Math/Financial Analysis/Planning/Management * Data on risk management and key performance indicators * Strong demonstrated proficiency in MS-Excel and Access * Ability to manage current data, including unstructured data, using programming languages like SAS, SQL, Python, or another relative programming language * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership * Experience organizing data and creating insightful materials to communicate findings **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with the vendor business, related regulatory environment, and emerging trends and models * Data on practical risk management concepts and initiatives, balanced with the ability to drive analysis of risks against strong controls and tests * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong understanding of business processes and systems, with the ability to identify areas for improvement * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, with the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner **USA Job Market Trends** The US job market is experiencing significant changes, driven by technological advancements, shifting workforce demographics, and evolving business needs.
