We are seeking experienced and compassionate Virtual Customer Service Associates to join our team. As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening to understand customers' needs, and answering their questions. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team, and your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our members.

Our comprehensive 4-week training program will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. Training will take place Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, and is paid.
We offer a competitive pay rate of $14.50 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit. This is a W2 (employee) position, and all mandatory events, including orientation, training, and nesting, are paid. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
