Job Description: Virtual Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering superior customer experiences to our consumer card members, resolving queries, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers, identify their needs, and offer personalized benefits and products that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer experiences on calls to consumer card members, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of queries and concerns
• Resolve all customer queries and follow established procedures as appropriate, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to provide tailored solutions
• Utilize superior call handling skills to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) for card members, while maintaining adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
• Identify the mood, profile, and needs of each customer, leveraging this information to offer personalized benefits and products that meet their requirements and exceed their expectations
• Deliver exceptional service to customers, employees, and shareholders, meeting metrics and goals while highlighting issues and recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels as needed
• Demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently, with a proven track record of dependability, self-motivation, and change management skills

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
