Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in veterinary medicine, with a deep understanding of the industry and its unique challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and medical teams in a professional and empathetic manner
- A home office or quiet space that is free from noise and distractions, with a reliable high-speed internet connection
- The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods, with the flexibility to work at a desk during entire shifts
- Availability to work weekend shifts and willingness to work in the EST time zone
- Residency in one of the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
