About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Visual Marketing Leader to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our Visual Marketing team, you will be responsible for elevating the blithequark partner and customer experience by developing and implementing in-store visual marketing strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Space Planning, Merchandising, and Store Operations, to create seamless and immersive in-store experiences that exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Partner Chief to develop and implement visual marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive sales growth
- Manage the execution and implementation of in-store visual marketing initiatives, including display, fixture placement, lighting, materials, and in-store signage
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual marketing programs that drive customer engagement and sales growth
- Utilize space planning and visual marketing techniques to operationalize presentations and drive sales growth
- Support the development of Visual Marketing tools, resources, and onboarding guides at Workspace and Field
- Collaborate with Workspace partners to achieve visual marketing operational goals by designing cross-functional processes
- Advance and execute sales floor capacity guidelines to support Traders and Planners
- Drive seasonal performance needs, alternate arrangements, and marketing drives by working on presentations and in-store execution
- Co-lead in-store Visual Marketing training sessions with Visual Tasks Managers to drive quarterly objectives and establish schedules across clothing, home, and seasonal hardlines
Essential Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Visual Marketing, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Workspace Visual Marketing
- 2+ years of in-store retail experience
- Proven ability to actually mentor, build skills, and develop diverse and inclusive teams
- Comfortable self-motivating, self-directing, and building processes and solutions when not defined
- Solid, quick, and careful problem-solving skills within fast-paced environments
- Strong organization and prioritization skills while remaining agile and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Preferred experience in Adobe Creative
- Experience with Big Box Retailer a plus
