**Job Responsibilities**
As a Visual Merchandiser, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that visual displays are set and maintained, adhering to the Visual Merchandising Guide (VMG) and driving sales
* Coordinating with department(s) to help business needs and complete sales objectives

* Collaborating with store leaders to plan, support, and execute the execution of all Visual Merchandising Aides (VMG) sets in the store
* Supporting the execution of Visual Merchandising Aides (VMG) Sponsorship changes to product mix and keeping the store moving to visitors throughout the year by remerchandising new products and keeping a brand space following new sets
* Assisting in maintaining visual excellence by remerchandising in-store visual displays
* Addressing exhibiting issues and changing sets to make and maintain quickening displays
* Supporting pack onboarding, continuous learning, and helping with closing knowledge and skill gaps through training, impacting, and hands-on experiences
* Convincing visitors to find solutions through compelling visual merchandising in all displays
* Influencing common communications and meetings to prepare visual needs to Style Prepared experts and General Merchandise Specialists about visual requirements and making visual displays to help create the environment for every visitor

* Setting up and setting all non-planogram ISM parts commonly throughout the store
* Maintaining private specialty ISM space created and taught for current stepping gadgets and looking at foundations
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience
* 18 years old or more
* Business acumen (e.g., margin, profit, etc.) and creative mind to move visitors and drive sales
* Strong impression of model and style that is representative of our brand
* Lead and impact store teams to follow processes that help visual merchandising
