We're looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our weekend remote chat support team. As a chat support agent, you'll play a vital role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via live chat. This is a non-phone position, allowing you to work independently and focus on delivering top-notch support to our customers.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
We offer a competitive pay rate of $25 per hour, with opportunities to promote to $30-$35 per hour after 30 shifts and strong QA performance. You'll have the flexibility to choose 4-8 hour blocks between 6 AM and 11 PM (local or U.S. time zones) on Saturdays and Sundays. The minimum commitment is 8 weekend hours per week.
