About the Role

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teammates.
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find creative solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology to collaborate and enhance productivity, including CRM software, email, and phone systems.

Preferred Qualifications
