As a Work from Home Customer Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about customer satisfaction and committed to excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As a Work from Home Customer Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Quoting pricing and services to customers based on market pricing * Creating and assigning work orders to vendors * Dispatching and tracking marketers assigned to work orders * Assisting customers with resolving issues involving cell site maintenance * Ensuring customers are updated daily for all emergency call out requests * Assisting marketers with directions, access issues, and other issues that arise while working in the field * Preparing work orders for invoicing and adding costs to individual work orders * Generating reports within proprietary systems * Tracking updates submitted to customers on a weekly or monthly basis * Following up with all open work that needs to be scheduled * Responsible for all day-to-day service scheduling * Creating work orders/dispatching and scheduling all emergency call out requests * Vendor issue resolution * Working closely with propane vendors on access issues, directions, or other issues pertaining to completing work **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least 1 year of previous experience working with customers * Proficient in MS Excel with at least 1 year of experience * Ability to quote pricing (preferred) * Excellent customer service skills * Highly organized * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong attention to detail * Ability to multi-task * Dependable **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience working in a customer service or support role * Familiarity with proprietary systems and software * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and proprietary systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
